Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field of study
- 3-5+ years digital marketing/user acquisition experience, preferably in the mobile app or mobile gaming space
- 2-3+ years in a leadership and management role
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to sell one’s ideas and negotiate
- Ability to project plan and effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
- Experience working and managing ad platforms potentially including Unity, ironSource, Applovin, LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Apple Search Ads, Instagram, etc.
- Experience with mobile MMPs including Appsflyer, Adjust or Kochava
- Experience in mobile app user acuisition
Desirable Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Masters
- Expert-level understanding of the current mobile user acquisition and marketing landscape, mobile analytics, and mobile attribution
- Affinity with the wellness category
- proven ability to understand brand voice and develop marketing campaigns accordingly
- Experience with subscription based products a plus
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Expertise with Excel or Tableau, or similar analytics/visualization software is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
- A desire to do both strategic planning and daily execution/optimization
- Demonstrated ability to set and maintain multiple priorities in an environment with shifting priorities, while providing accurate deliverables in a timely fashion
- Strength in self-motivation and ability to assume ownership of assignments and projects
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and writing skills in dealing with payers, guests and team members
- Share your mastery of user acquisition channels by coaching and mentoring our team
