Working-Out

Self.com is a great resource for personal fitness and has gathered a list of 12 free at home workout routine videos. They range in difficulty from a 3-Move Cardio Workout for Beginners to a HIIT workout created by an Equinox fitness trainer. Some are as quick as 8 minutes, but they tend to average out at about 25 minutes. There is no need for equipment it’s all about you and your body. https://www.self.com/gallery/best-at-home-workouts-bodyweight

Healthline has an incredibly detailed compilation of 30 Moves to include in your workout routine. While there aren’t videos like with Self.com, there are detailed instructions and GIFs to help guide you. There are 3 difficulty options: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Again, it’s about you and your bodyweight, the only “equipment” you’ll need here is a chair. https://www.healthline.com/health/fitness-exercise/at-home-workouts#beginner-routine

While their bikes might be expensive, Peloton’s app is offering a 2 months free trial. There are thousands of classes available with multiple workout categories like strength training, bootcamp and running/cardio. It even has classes on yoga, stretching and meditation. It involves a paid subscription if you continue past the 2 months but if you’re someone who craves variety this might be an amazing at home solution for you.  https://www.onepeloton.com/app
