Healthline has an incredibly detailed compilation of 30 Moves to include in your workout routine. While there aren’t videos like with, there are detailed instructions and GIFs to help guide you. While their bikes might be expensive, Peloton’s app is offering a 2 months free trial. There are thousands of classes available with multiple workout categories like strength training, bootcamp and running/cardio. It even has classes on yoga, stretching and meditation.
